David Stutler has published an article in the Adobe Development Center focusing on building ColdFusion applications using Dreamweaver 8 on Apple OS X. It's pretty much a beginners article but it does walk through the installation and setup of ColdFusion MX 7 (using the new native installer) and Dreamweaver 8. If you're new to ColdFusion and you're on a Mac you might want to give this article a read.
